工作职责
1. Be responsible for handling daily human resources tasks such as employee on - boarding and off - boarding procedures. 2. Maintain daily employee relations, answer employees' inquiries, resolve employee relation issues, and create a positive working atmosphere. 3. Assist in formulating and implementing training plans, organize training activities, track training effectiveness, and enhance employees' skills. 4. Conduct market salary research, analyze data and write reports to provide a basis for the company's salary strategy. Participate in the preparation of the annual salary budget and the formulation of adjustment plans. Be responsible for the calculation and payment of employees' salaries in Hong Kong to ensure accuracy and timeliness. 5. Execute and manage the employee welfare plans in Hong Kong, including but not limited to medical insurance, Mandatory Provident Fund, annual leave, etc.
职位要求
1. A bachelor's degree or above, with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience. Majors related to human resources management, business administration, etc. are preferred. 2. Familiar with the labor laws, regulations, salary and welfare policies in Hong Kong. Those with experience in salary and welfare management in Hong Kong are preferred. 3. Fluent in English, and proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin. 4. Be amiable, enthusiastic, proactive, and have good communication skills. 5. Work meticulously, be highly responsible, and be able to withstand certain work pressure. 6. Possess good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork. 7. Be familiar with local labor laws, regulations and common workplace rules in Hong Kong, and be good at cross - cultural and cross - generational communication.
