Job Summary / 职位简介 We are looking for a dedicated Principal to oversee the operations of our school, hostel, and orphanage centre. The role involves strong leadership, educational management, staff supervision, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children in line with national curriculum and regulations. 我们正在寻找一位尽责的院长，全面管理学校、宿舍及孤儿院的日常运作，领导教师与员工团队，并确保孩子们在安全、有爱的环境中学习与成长，符合国家课程与相关法规。 Key Responsibilities / 主要职责 Manage daily operations of school, hostel, and orphanage 管理学校、宿舍及孤儿院的日常运作 Provide leadership to teachers, headmasters, and staff 领导并指导教师、校长及员工 Teach kindergarten classes (planning, implementation, assessment) 负责幼儿园教学，包括课程策划、实施与评估 Ensure compliance with national curriculum and education policies 确保课程符合国家教育政策与标准 Supervise orphan care and ensure a safe, clean environment 监督孤儿照护，确保安全及卫生环境 Manage administration, budgets, logistics, and building maintenance 管理行政事务、预算、后勤及建筑维护 Recruit, interview, and support school/orphanage personnel 招聘、面试并辅导学校/孤儿院员工 Liaise with government bodies, media, and external stakeholders 与政府部门、媒体及相关单位保持良好关系 Handle emergencies, crises, and parent or board concerns 处理紧急事件及家长或董事会的相关问题 Organize school events and assemblies 组织学校活动与集会

Requirements / 任职要求 Degree holder in Education or any related field Location 地点： Gelang Patah, Johor 教育学或相关领域学士学位持有者 Minimum 5 years of teaching experience (Primary or Secondary level) 超过5年以上的教书经验（小学或中学） Age 40 years and above 年龄40岁以上 Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin 精通马来语、英语及中文 Possess own transport and valid driving licence 须拥有个人交通工具及有效驾驶执照 Working Conditions & Benefits / 工作时间与福利 6 working days per week, 8 hours per day (split-shift system, rotational rest on public holidays) 每周工作6天，每天8小时（分时段工作制度，节假日轮休） Meals and accommodation provided (candidates who cannot stay in are not considered) 提供膳食与住宿（无法留宿者恕不考虑） Monthly salary range RM8,000 – RM12,000 (negotiable based on experience) 每月薪资范围RM8,000 – RM12,000（视经验可商议）
