Assist production manager to complete production process research, supervise and guide on-site process, solve quality and process problems during production; Assist workshop director to improve process, technology and cost; analyze and deal with production problems. 1. Responsible for the workshop production process planning, design and optimization, research on base sheet pulping and paper making technology; 2. Responsible for production technology guidance and supervision; 3. Analyze and deal with production problems, summarize and analyze production data; 4. Responsible for assisting workshop director to analyze, approve and track workshop technical transformation projects; 5. Obey management, responsible for other temporary works assigned by leaders. Location: Indonesia

1. Bachelor degree or above, tobacco, process management, product research and development, paper making major is preferred; 2. Familiar with computer, familiar with WORD, EXCEL, OA office system, E-MAIL and other office software; 3. Strong ability of organization, communication, overall planning and coordination; 4. Strong executing ability, innovation consciousness and innovation ability； 5. Being proficient in Chinese, English and Indonesian is in preference to be proficient in any two of them.
