1. Responsible for the development of MLCC products 2. Responsible for the improvement of MLCC production process 3. Responsible for the improvement of problems in the MLCC R&D process 4. Responsible for the process development and optimisation of MLCC ceramic paste preparation, casting, internal electrode printing, and lamination process.

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in materials, chemistry, inorganic non-metal is preferred; 2. Obtain a Certificate of English IV or VI; 3. Good interpersonal and communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility.
