The responsibility for the process technician will be(Salary is negotiable）1. Operating and controlling the factory daily and 24 hours, 7 days per week. 2. Do regularly inspections in the factory and if needed take necessary actions to ensure safe production. 3. Ensure that the factory is clean and tidy and do the main part of the cleaning. 4. Take out samples and deliver them to the QC-lab. 5. Following-up on lab analyses and make necessary adjustment tor the process so the produced components will be within specification. 6. Do all necessary working tasks to make sure the factory will be in operation. For example:- Change enzymes.- Change filter bags.- Ensure process aids are available.- Ensure used process aids are removed. 7. Continuously following up on yields and make sure the production is operating in the most optimal way. 8. Ensuring food safety HACCP. 9. Update BOMs when necessary. 10. Coordinate with other production departments when necessary. 11. Make the tank planning and coordinate with responsible planner at the planning department. Continuously follow-up on the plan and making necessary adjustments. 1 2. Do necessary preventive maintenance. 1 3. In case of an emergency breakdown, coordinating so the factory can be up and running as soon as possible. About youWe believe you have-Technical background as operator, mechanic, fitter, electrician or similar and that you work at one of our European factories today.- A minimum of 5 years within in Oils and Fats processing industry and 10 years working experience.
