Job Description:1、NPI lead-formulate NPI team, make schedule, follow up the preparation/building progress; Regularly conf-call with customer to confirm the latest schedule and cases if do have related to product’ material, technical, quality; lead internal NPI team to solve, improve products’ material, technical, quality cases;2、Feedback and follow up customer on new products re-design regarding new product’ DFM/DFT/DFA to improve manufacturing yield;3、Coordinate and submit new product engineering report, consists of various manufacturing documents FMEA, CP, FC etc…), BOM, Yield& As etc…; Follow up the samples approval to mass production from customer;4、Prepare PPAP for Automotive products;5、Keep discussing technical issues with customer to assure mass production smoothly;6、Acknowledge, evaluate/execute customer ECN, assure ECN changes implemented into factory correctly and timely;7、Following up detail ECN changing items(materials, test, technical, visual etc….) inside factory until they are closed;8、Peruse/approve product parts’ AMPL(approved manufacture part list);9、Proven good track record in the areas of communication skills, sociability, and ability to establish a good rapport with the customer.10、Lead and Manage group of Account engineers to achieve department goal/objective.

Qualifications:1、 University degree minimum;2、 About 5-10Y NPI engineer/Product engineer/Project engineer work experience，known SMT/PCBA process related electronic product manufacturing;3、 Skilled English spoken, read and written, be able to set conference call with customer;4、 Skilled PPAP is added advantage.5、 Open personality, work seriously, wonderful team work spirit;6、 Very sociable with internal department team member and externally to the customer;
