工作职责
Responsibilities: 1. Plan&design for operation system of user service, output product planning based on business objectives and needs; 2. Collect, research&analyze business needs, identify blocks or pain points in each step, output planning of product design; 3. Collaborate with R&D team and business department to ensure expected quality of product and take responsibility for the final performance; 4. Keep in pace with changes and needs in the industry, research&analyze product needs, optimize planning for local implementation.
职位要求
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. 5 years+ of experience of prduct design for user service or customer service system; 3. Sensitivity to user experience, great balance ability between business process and user experience, excellency in outputing product plans and skilfulness in tools like Axure; 4. Data-sensitivity, creativity, breaking-through and critical thinking. Good implementation and communication skills; 5. Fluency in written and oral English. 6. Experience of working in top IT enterprises is preferred.
