1. Able to independently complete the preparation and follow-up of production plans and material plans. 2. Responsible for improving the management and optimization of safety stock for materials and finished products. 3. Responsible for production progress control and coordination of production changes. 4. Organize and track daily, weekly, and monthly production meetings. 5. Responsible for coordinating customer inspections.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Management. 2. More than five years of experience in a similar position. 3. Good problem-solving skills, strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. 4. Good PPT skills. 5. CET-6 or above, with fluent English speaking and excellent expression skills.
