Responsible for formulating and executing feed production plans and scheduling arrangements to ensure timely completion of production tasks. Manage and supervise the operation of the production site, including equipment operation, production processes, personnel safety, etc. Ensure that the production process complies with relevant quality standards and safety regulations, promptly resolve problems and anomalies in production, and guarantee smooth production. Formulate and implement quality control standards and processes for feed production to ensure that the produced feed products meet relevant quality requirements and standards. Meanwhile, continuously improve production processes and technologies to enhance product quality and production efficiency. Control production costs, including raw material costs, labor costs, energy costs, etc., strive to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency. Collect, monitor, and analyze production data, and formulate and implement improvement measures to optimize production processes and enhance production efficiency.

Possess certain English communication skills to meet the needs of international exchanges in the work; those with more than 5 years of relevant overseas work experience are preferred.
