1) University graduated major in Physics, Chemistry, mechanical engineering, Electronics engineering, material science. industrial or equivalent2) Minimum 5 years program management experience in semiconductor product and package development3) PMP certification required4) Must have knowledge about semiconductor products developmentprocedure from market opportunity define, initial biz case, basic understanding product development cycle from wafer design, to final assembly and test products qualification defining required functional resource5) Understand basic wafer FAB process flow, assembly and test flow, cost structure, product qualification procedure, customer qualification requirements.6) Able to communicate with multinational counter parties in English in different time zones counter parties by the phone call or video call7) Able to manage different functions conflicted interests align to program success criteria8) Problem and conflicted situation solving skill9) Fluent English in written and reading
