Requirement1-Education Master's level- Engineering background2-Experience- 3 years experience in PV industry (modules, EPC, R&D, certifications IEC/UL)- Strong project management expertise (manage small project teams, multi-site, international, 6 to 12 months projects) 3-Knowledge & Skill- Strong technical background in PV industry- Ability to drive and motivate international team- Hands-on project leader, proactive attitude- Excellent interpersonal skills- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
