Responsible for procurement fulfillment, efficiently handling various platform tasks and demand purchase order management; Conduct professional communication with suppliers, independently analyze data on demand and production capacity, and proactively manage risks through capacity planning and procurement strategy execution. Address any abnormalities that may arise during the supply process and ensure closed-loop resolution; Handle monthly reconciliation and payment with suppliers; Provide effective suggestions for optimizing or establishing procurement processes.

Long-term based in Vietnam; Vietnamese candidates fluent in Chinese are preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency in English is a plus. Candidates with MRO procurement experience in consumer electronics (e.g., smartphones, tablets) will be prioritized. Proficient in Office and Oracle software.
