1. Speaks English with standard pronunciation and intonation; <br/>2. Enthusiasm and passion in teaching kids;<br/>3. Bachelor’s degree or above;<br/>4. Experience in teaching kids for English is preferable;<br/>5. Teaching certificate such as TESOL, TEFL or CELTA;<br/>6. Strong communication skills with kids and high team-work spirit.
