1.Estimate project costs, create budgets, and implement effective control measures to optimize financial performance. 2.Analyze, document, and submit tenders, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. 3.Assist in tender and contract negotiations with main contractors and clients. 4.Providing expert advice on contractual and commercial matters. 5.Carrying out duties as assigned.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields. 2.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia. 3.Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic being a strong advantage. 4.Familiarity with the Saudi facade industry, including local building regulations and standards, contracts,commercial process,labor and material costs, etc. 5.Strong negotiation and risk control skills. 6.Strong teamwork and cross-cultural communication skills.
