1. Master's degree or above. Have a passion for international education and at least 2-3 years of teaching experience in international high schools, 3 years of teaching management, principal (including director) or student management experience in international schools or international departments. Those with overseas international school management experience are preferred.<br/>2. Understand the development trends of international education, possess advanced educational concepts and strong academic research and teaching capabilities.
