Assure sufficient project pipeline for all countries for future in accordance with SBU strategies and growth targets. Creation and initiation of cross-border APAC innovations and synergies (concept, product, approaches, materials) including new product development R&D steering. Implement strict standard processes all across the region (GO procedures, activity plans, media planning).

Requirement Candidate must have a Degree in Business/ Marketing or related discipline. High level of project management skills, strong analytical thinking, convincing & influencing. With hair colorent product experience in Marketing is essential. Must have hair colorent product experience not only in PR/advertising but also developed as new product (fully involved in launching). Strong communication skills.
