We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Reginal Sales to develop our market presence, expand our dealer network, and achieve sales targets in designated regions. You will be the vital link connecting our revolutionary products with the global community of off-road enthusiasts and professional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and market share objectives.
Identify, onboard, manage, and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and key B2B clients (e.g., adventure parks, racing organizations).
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, contract closure, and order fulfillment coordination.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams.
Represent the company at international motorcycle shows, industry exhibitions, and off-road events to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
职位要求
Essential:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycle, EV, outdoor sports equipment, or related industries.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Proven track record in building distributor/dealer networks.
Genuine passion for motorcycle culture, off-road sports, and/or sustainable mobility.
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and adaptable to cross-time-zone communication and international travel.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred:
Existing network and sales experience within the target regional market(s).
Familiarity with EV technical aspects, regulations, and certification processes.
Experience in e-commerce or DTC sales models.
