Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for lesson preparation and teaching of Shinkansen's own Japanese language courses. - Must follow up on students' post-teaching feedback in a timely manner, maintain good communication with students, maintain student relationships, and update students' learning status in a timely manner. - According to the feedback from students, regularly participate in the teaching research of relevant courses in the teaching and research group, continuously self-learning and improve teaching skills, exchange teaching experience with other teachers during the teaching and research process, and improve their own teaching level. - Actively participate in various teaching activities organized by the Ministry of Education. - Answer the questions raised by the students at any time, and patiently guide the students' after-school life. - Responsible for the Ministry of Education and other related work.

Qualifications: 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher, Japanese N1, teaching certification preferred. 2. More than 1 year of Japanese teaching experience, good image temperament, strong lens sense, fluent spoken Japanese, pure pronunciation standard, strong resilience, influence and infectious power, excellent teaching experience no conditions, etc. 3. Love the education industry, high overall quality, passion for education, love to try new models, unique teaching style. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
