1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. English proficiency to work fluently in an English-speaking environment is required. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high sensitivity to business issues, and excellent stress tolerance. 4. In relative industry, Strong customer service orientation, with proven communication, coordination and execution capabilities. 5.
