工作职责
1、Responsible for receiving company business visitors, ensuring civilised, courteous, warm and considerate, and providing excellent company and product presentations. 2、Assist the sales team to develop sales schedule, including sales meetings, training courses and business travel arrangements. 3、Assist the sales team to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide relevant data support. 4、Participate in the planning, organisation, execution and tracking of sales projects to ensure the achievement of progress and goals. 5、Prepare sales reports, including project progress reports and sales data analysis reports. 6、Assist the sales team to communicate with customers, deal with customer complaints and maintain customer relations. 7、Responsible for collecting, collating and analysing sales data, and assisting the sales team to develop sales strategies. 8、Manage sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, signing, fulfilling, modifying and terminating contracts. 9、Participate in the training and skill enhancement of the sales team.
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. More than 2 years of work experience in the sales industry, outstanding performance is preferred, and fresh graduates with outstanding abilities may be considered. 3. Having good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. 4. Outgoing personality, quick response, strong expression ability, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, and affinity. 5. Have basic computer skills, such as proficient use of office software such as Microsoft Office.
