Job Description: 1、Customer development: to develop new customers through all platforms like fairs, emails, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. 2、Do customer analysis and background investigation to identify customer needs. Integrate resources from Sourcing and Purchasing departments and precisely recommend products to customers. Ask for customers’ feedback and provide good service to customers in order to win the orders; 3、Customer maintenance; 4、Professionally and accurately respond to inquiries from potential customers, and answer customers’ questions in an appropriate manner; 5、Build up customer database, and timely update customer development process; 6、Timely report the problems during customer follow-up; 7、Collaborate with team members and other related work of the department.
