Market Expansion: Responsible for market expansion of the category in the designated U.S. and Mexico markets, formulating and executing localized market entry strategies. Channel Management: Responsible for channel penetration and product listing in major big-box retail systems (such as Costco, Walmart, and Sam's Club) as well as mainstream supermarkets. Brand Building: Support product promotion and sales activities related to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics in the U.S., driving the execution of marketing campaigns and brand development. Sales Target Achievement: Take on and deliver sales performance targets for the assigned region. Manage channel pricing systems and promotional activities to ensure pricing stability and brand positioning in line with headquarters' strategic guidelines. Business Negotiation: Lead business negotiations with partners including overseas distributors. Develop negotiation strategies, steer the negotiation pace, and facilitate the implementation of win-win collaborations as well as the finalization and signing of contracts. Market Insights: Collect data on competitor pricing, new product trends, and end-consumer preferences to provide actionable inputs for product R&D and localized product improvements.

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred. 5+ years of sales experience in the FMCG or frozen food industry, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in export sales or overseas market management. Candidates with a background in ice cream/frozen desserts, dairy, or frozen products are preferred. English proficiency as a working language; willingness to accept long-term overseas assignments. Chinese Americans or candidates with U.S. permanent residency (Green Card) are preferred. (For local hires, the ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.) Solid knowledge of basic international trade practices, with a thorough understanding of the full process of international distributor development and management. Strong ability to solve problems independently, keen risk awareness, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
