工作职责
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the sales growth of our innovative hardware products in the US market. Our product lines serve professional creators and fabricators, with core products in the metal fabrication and digital manufacturing sectors. You will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's diverse sales channels, including our network of professional B2B distributors and national big-box retail accounts. You will leverage your sales experience in high-tech hardware, particularly in the metal fabrication equipment space, to execute go-to-market strategies, improve channel performance, and expand our brand's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Sales Management:
Execute the US channel sales strategy for the company's products to achieve sales targets.
Focus on developing and managing distributor networks targeting the metal fabrication, industrial manufacturing, and professional maker sectors to build industry influence.
Manage the existing network of professional distributors, actively recruiting new partners and providing sales support, product training, and incentive programs.
Big Box Account Management:
Maintain and deepen relationships with national big-box retail accounts, with a key focus on driving our prosumer-oriented product lines into this channel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for retail accounts, including order processing, supply chain coordination, and inventory management.
Collaborate with retailers' buying and marketing teams to execute in-store marketing plans and optimize product merchandising to drive sell-through.
Sales Execution & Business Development:
Identify new market opportunities and potential customers, especially within the metal fabrication and related industrial application sectors.
Represent the company at relevant industry trade shows (e.g., metalworking, manufacturing technology expos) to build an industry network and generate high-quality sales leads.
Sales Operations & Analysis:
Track and analyze sales data and market trends, providing regular sales reports and performance reviews.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and competitor intelligence from core markets like metal fabrication to inform sales strategy adjustments.
职位要求
Qualifications:
Experience Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience in the technical hardware industry, which must include direct experience selling metal fabrication equipment, CNC machinery, industrial tools, or related products.
A deep understanding of the metal fabrication market, including its customer base, applications, and sales channels.
Direct experience managing national big-box retail accounts is a significant plus.
Proven experience in managing or developing multi-tier distribution or dealer networks.
Experience working in a high-growth hardware brand company is preferred.
Professional Skills:
Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Familiarity with the US retail market and a strong understanding of channel management business models and operational details.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven sales decisions.
Proficient in cross-functional team collaboration.
