Sales Business Execution Develop a personal sales plan based on the company's sales strategy and goals, and strive to achieve sales targets. Follow up on sales orders, ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, and improve customer satisfaction. Market analysis and competitive intelligence collection Pay attention to market trends, collect and analyze information on competitors' products, prices, promotions, etc., and provide reference for adjusting the company's sales strategy. Participate in market research activities and provide market recommendations for the company's product development. Sales Contract and Order Management Sign sales contracts with customers to ensure the accuracy and legality of contract terms, and safeguard the interests of the company. Responsible for order management, tracking order execution status, timely communication and coordination with relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery of orders. Customer Relationship Management and Maintenance Establish and maintain customer profiles, record basic customer information, business needs, and communication records for easy follow-up and service. Strengthen the relationship with customers and improve customer loyalty through customer follow-up, event invitations, and other means. Sales reports and data analysis Regularly report sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to superiors, providing data support for decision-making. Analyze sales data, identify sales bottlenecks and opportunities, and propose improvement suggestions.
