工作职责
1. Responsible for tracking and completing monthly sales targets. 2. Responsible for order acceptance, review, payment collection, confirmation, and transfer of customer orders. 3. Responsible for tracking the progress and shipment of special customer review orders. 4. Responsible for order adjustments due to insufficient inventory. 5. Responsible for sending monthly statements and rebate details to customers. 6. Responsible for handling slow-moving inventory. 7. Responsible for coordinating and handling customer issues, receiving customer feedback on products, and promptly reporting to relevant departments for improvement. 8. Responsible for compiling new product details and disseminating information about new products to customers. 9. Responsible for summarizing daily sales reports. 10. Responsible for other tasks assigned by superiors.
