工作职责
1. Selling products and services: The main responsibility of sales personnel is to promote and sell the company's products or services. They need to understand the characteristics and advantages of the product, introduce it to potential customers, and answer their questions.
2. Establishing customer relationships: Sales personnel need to establish good relationships with customers, understand their needs and expectations, and provide personalized solutions for customers. They also need to maintain regular contact with customers, understand their feedback and opinions, in order to improve products and services.
3. Develop sales plans: Sales personnel need to develop sales plans, including target customers, sales strategies, timelines, etc. They need to analyze market trends and the situation of competitors in order to develop effective sales strategies.
4. Negotiation and reaching a deal: Sales personnel need to negotiate with customers to reach a deal. They need to understand the client's budget and purchasing decision process, provide reasonable prices and terms for the client to reach a deal.
5. Tracking sales opportunities: Sales personnel need to track sales opportunities, understand customer purchasing intentions and decision-making processes. They need to follow up with potential customers in a timely manner and provide them with timely service and support.
6. Reporting work: Sales personnel need to regularly report their work to superiors, including sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, etc. They need to provide accurate data and analysis in order for the company to make informed decisions.
职位要求
1. Possess relevant educational background, such as marketing, business management, and other related majors.
2. Have certain sales experience or work experience in related fields, familiar with sales processes and operating standards.
3. Possess good communication skills, able to clearly express one's own views and ideas, and be able to listen to the opinions and suggestions of others.
4. Possess negotiation skills and experience, able to effectively negotiate with clients and achieve transactions.

7. Possess good learning ability, able to continuously learn and master new sales skills and knowledge to adapt to constantly changing market demands.
