Job Responsibilities:  Conduct in-depth research and analysis of Japanese market trends, focusing on developing production quality management and third-party inspection services.  Develop annual sales strategies, action plans, and performance targets. • Develop and manage sales channels, actively expanding partnerships and new customer networks. • Accurately identify business opportunities, assess customer needs, and drive transaction completion. • Systematically maintain relationships with new and existing customers, promoting continuous business growth and deeper customer cooperation. • Responsible for achieving sales targets and effectively controlling related costs.

Job Requirements • Japanese nationality, male, Bachelor's degree or above. • Proficiency in Business Chinese or Business English is preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in purchasing or sales-related work at a Japanese brand company or general trading company. • Experience in international trade in any of the following sectors: textiles, bags, footwear, or electronics is preferred. • Experience in sales team management is preferred. • Strong self-motivation, innovative thinking, and excellent planning and execution abilities. • Excellent teamwork spirit, able to efficiently complete tasks assigned by the company.
