The only way to succeed is to keep defining, redefining and elevating the way the world relates to brands. #Design and plan complex architectural projects of varying types #Manage multiple aspects of client, project coordination, and general contractors including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants #Manage client relationships and team communication #Resolve complex technical and design issues #Lead design meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders #Prepare presentations, renderings, and other materials to elegantly convey design ideas #Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews #Process submittals, RFIs, substitution requests, etc. during construction #Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project

Must Have: #Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architecture required #10+ years of relevant architecture and design experience, with a strong background designing multiple building typologies of varying scale Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3ds Max Nice to Have: #Registered Architect #Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills #Outstanding graphic presentation skills #Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents #Proven ability to lead and direct design teams and projects #Conceptual designer and thinker #Design Experience with the first-class retail stores from concept to completely installed.
