【Responsibilities】
1.Assist the General Manager in formulating and promoting the implementation of key management tasks, supporting the advancement of internal team control management. Break down and execute performance indicators related to the General Manager’s objectives, establishing a complete closed-loop system from decision-making to implementation, ensuring all tasks are carried out in an orderly, efficient, and effective manner.
2.Lead the development of departmental responsibilities, annual objectives, performance evaluations, and incentive plans to ensure the implementation of decisions.
3.Guide the team to facilitate efficient resource development and effectively drive the execution of strategic goals.
4.Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of actively participating in cross-departmental collaboration.
5.Assist the General Manager in business negotiations and relationship maintenance, with a focus on expanding resources for large-scale projects in petrochemicals, energy, and power.
6.Assist the General Manager in handling daily business affairs, including travel coordination and document management.
7.Manage meeting arrangements, minutes, and follow-up tasks to ensure the implementation of decisions.
8.Participate in corporate strategic planning and business development, drafting relevant reports and proposals.
9.Assist in external liaison and public relations to maintain the company’s positive image.
10.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
职位要求
【Job Requirements】
Bachelor’s degree or above, in any field. Possess strong systematic thinking skills, adept at analysis, excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
Proficient in both Chinese and English, capable of executing high-stakes cross-cultural business communication, negotiation, and document handling.
Willing to accept short-term business trips; adaptable and highly professional.
Diligent, able to withstand high-intensity work pressure.
Detail-oriented, responsible, rigorous, and skilled in teamwork.
【Compensation and Benefits】
Competitive Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 10,000 to 13,000 + year-end performance bonus (based on individual capability and achievements).
