Who Will Be A Great Fit Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on high-scale backend server engineering Server API Mastery: Demonstrable expertise in designing, building, documenting, and consuming complex server APIs (REST/GraphQL). Must have experience with API gateways and service-to-service communication Proficiency in major backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) Database Proficiency: Strong solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server) including query optimization, indexing, and schema design. Good understanding on in-memory database solutions as well as NoSQL databases for scaling across machine clusters Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Expert knowledge of various testing methodologies and requirements (unit, integration, BVT, scale and performance testing).
