1. Responsible for the analysis of core business requirements and design of core modules for financial products. 2. Responsible for system refactoring and system performance optimization. 3. Able to lead the team to overcome various challenges and technical difficulties caused by, for example, large data volume, high concurrency, high stability, etc.

1. 3+ years of Internet development experience. 2. Familiar with Nodejs, Python, Java, Go at least 1 development language. 3. Excellent coding skills and strong problem-solving skills. 4. Familiar with MySQL or MongoDB. 5. High sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit. Preferably with the following experience: 1. Participation in or ownership of open source projects, having contributed code to open source communities. 2. A passion for programming and enjoy learning new technologies. 3. Experience in agile development. 4. Experience in project management.
