- 专科及以上学历，国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业优先。 - 1年及以上南美区域销售管理经验，有成功业绩案例。 - 英语流利，精通西班牙语/葡萄牙语（巴西市场必备）优先。 - 熟悉南美市场规则、清关及产品认证，具备市场开拓与团队管理能力。 - 目标感强、能抗压，可接受高频南美出差，有当地居住权/签证者优先。 - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Marketing or related fields is preferred. - At least 1 year of sales management experience in South America with successful performance cases. - Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese (required for market development in Brazil) is preferred. - Familiar with South American market rules, customs clearance and product certification, with market development and team management capabilities. - Clear goals, strong stress resistance, willing to travel frequently to South America; those with local residence rights/visas are preferred.
