Spanish-Speaking Sales Representative (Latin America Market)Location:Guangzhou, China(Onsite for approximately the first year; afterward, remote work from home country with direct reporting to headquarters)Employment Type:Full-time________________________________________About the RoleWe are looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Representative to support and grow our business in Latin America.This role offers a unique opportunity to spend the initial phase working onsite in China, gaining in-depth exposure to products, pricing, supply chain, and internal decision-making, and then transition into a regional-facing role based in your home country.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Develop new customers and sales opportunities across the Latin American market;• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, building long-term partnerships;• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region, providing insights to support business decisions;• Work closely with internal teams and management to support sales and market expansion initiatives;• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.________________________________________About the employer:We’re helping one of our clients to find right candidates, here is the information of our client- Guangzhou BC Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech biopharmaceutical company specializing in cutting-edge molecular diagnostics. 职位要求
Qualifications & Requirements• Native Spanish speaker; English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication;• Candidates currently based in Latin America are strongly preferred;• Applicants from Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil are a plus;• Willing and able to relocate to Guangzhou, China for approximately one year;• Bachelor’s degree or above;• 2–10 years of professional experience;• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred;o Candidates without direct sales experience but with strong motivation, learning ability, and a sales mindset may also be considered;• Experience in IVD (in vitro diagnostic), medical devices, or healthcare-related industries is a strong advantage;• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (approximately 6 trips per year during the initial phase).________________________________________
