Responsibilities 1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across compute, storage, networking, container, and database services. 2. Perform in-depth log analysis, system diagnostics, and root cause investigations for escalated incidents. 3. Support service reliability by contributing to monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes. 4. Collaborate with R&D teams to reproduce defects, provide technical insights, and propose fixes. 5. Contribute to internal tooling (e.g., scripts, automation) to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. 6. Draft post-mortem reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of support documentation and knowledge bases. Salary Package: We will offer competitive salary. 1. Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. 2. Expected graduation in 2026–2027, with valid student status during the internship. 3. Strong foundation in Linux systems, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems concepts. 4. Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Go, Java, Shell). 5. Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Tencent Cloud) is highly advantageous. 6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into complex technical issues. 7. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written; additional APAC languages (Thai, Bahasa, Japanese, Korean etc.) are a plus."
