As part of this expansion we are looking to hire a Supplier Quality & Development Engineer to work with our Asia supply base. Job Description/Responsibilities •Work to find & evaluate future suppliers to our Global Organizations •Lead suppliers through APQP & PPAP processes •Perform/Lead supplier audits for conformance to internal & industry standards (TS, CQI-9, CMS, etc) •Work with our international teams to assure Asia supply base meets customer requirements •Collaborate with Global Quality teams in North America and Europe to assure common quality practices •Perform on-going visits with current production supply base •Support Global Divisions with issue resolution/problem solving in Asia •Track current production quality, PPM, warranty, and delivery for Neapco Asia and its supply base •Job function will require consistent travel around Asia as well as extended trips to our USA & European divisions The Successful Applicant Should Have/Be: Job Details •Full time position, Based out of JingAn District, Shanghai •All levels of experience will be considered, excellent fresh graduates welcomed. •Competitive salary and benefits, dependent on experience and skill sets •Please send resume to (Click the "Apply for this position" bottom)
