We're looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team! The position is a bridge channel between external and internal teams, led by the COO but also, due to how the business is, with the CEO of the company. **Main Responsibilities** - Lead two positions that report into it: The SR team lead and the Quality Control Agent. - Oversees and manages the sourcing of products, approves the requests for quotations, including shipping/handling times - Quality Control - QC Reports -Supervises the requests: update of product photos, manuals/specification for CS team & internal use, etc - Manages Supplier Relations (agreements, negotiations, documentation, inquiries, etc) - Ability to implement new systems and processes to improve current operations - Ensure strategic communication with all company departments for execution of company goals

- Fluent in English both oral and in writing. - Preferably fluent in Chinese language both oral and writing - 2 years experience in Supply Chain - Availability to work as a full-time freelancer.
