Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate part-time tutors in the UK and being responsible to the recruitment, training and assessment of teachers to ensure smooth operation of online teaching; 2. Build and establish networks with local teachers in the UK and explore new teacher resources; 3. Monitor the lesson quality of online tutors & teachers, and supply feedbacks and guidance to improve the teaching standard as well as students' satisfaction; 4. Collaborate with other tutors in designing and implementing course structures.

Essential Requirements: 1. Native English speaker with strong communications skills. 2. Experience in teaching of English, Maths, Science, Modern Foreign Language and other subjects within SATS, GCSE and A-Level curriculum, either in person or in an online capacity. 3. Proficient in using various online social platforms. 4. Team player, willing to provide support for others.
