Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teacher with a strong background in private or international education. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering student development, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of the school. The ideal candidate should have prior teaching experience in an international or private school, hold a PGCE, QTS, or a U.S. teaching certificate, and demonstrate expertise in their subject area. A solid understanding of international curricula such as AP, IB, IGCSE, or the British national curriculum is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning, Teaching, and Class Management Plan and teach up to 25 lessons per week, with a primary focus on Economics subject. Submit teaching plans, PowerPoint presentations, class observation records, and other necessary documents. Maintain student behavior and discipline in class, reporting to the subject head or parents if necessary. Continuously support and improve teaching standards. Participate in regular administrative and academic meetings.Tracking, Assessment, Recording, and Reporting Assess and track student performance and progress, providing ongoing guidance for improvement. Prepare, assign, and grade homework for students. Prepare tests, grade exam papers, and produce performance analyses. Participate in academic and research meetings. Establish positive relationships with parents and keep them informed about their children's performance.Activities Plan and organize student activities, including open classes, festive performances, and decorations. Co-host events with other teachers. Support school-level, national, or international competitions as a coach and judge. Lead one or more extracurricular activities. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in relevant subject. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in relevant subject. PGCE, QTS, or U.S. teaching certificate is required. Strong knowledge of international curriculum systems (AP, IB, Alevel). Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills. Passion for student-centered education and innovative teaching methodologies.
