1. Responsible for managing all part-time teachers in the France or Spain, and helping teachers complete teaching tasks through training and guidance; 2. Responsible for developing teacher management system based on KPI indicators such as teacher attendance rate, conversion rate and renewal rate; 4. Responsible for guiding teachers to make courseware, review knowledge content and teaching methods; 5. Cooperate with other departments to complete other teaching services;

1. Experience of studying in the France or Spain, fluent in oral English and capable of document translation; 2. At least 3 years of Internet teaching management experience; 3. Good at communication, and have the ability to solve emergency problems; 4. Proficient in PPT, Excel, Office and other online Office software 5. Ability to teach;
