We are looking for a Technical Support Technician/Engineer with Electrical or Mechanical background, and having experiences related to power distribution and Data Center hardware infrastructure. 1.Be the contact window between local stakeholders (distributors, agents, clients) on technical and sales support on product portfolios, e.g. Rack PDU, Locking Power Cord, Track Busway, Cabinet, etc., which deployed in Data Center; 2.Provide technical advice, competitive solutions, and clarification during pre-sales and after sales discussion, and ensure the availability and update of documents (e.g. technical drawings, data sheet); 3.Act as the technical interface between customers and timely respond to customers’ requirements on specific SKUs, e.g. requirements’ confirmation, sampling, customization, evaluation; 4.Support customers for after sales application/configuration/troubleshooting; 5.Prepare training course and give professional presentations or demos to customers and sales partners to ensure a broad product knowledge coverage and to promote the expertise ; 6.Consolidate the market requirements and solutions from customers to drive growth and market share gains.

Qualifications 1.2+ year of working experience in rack-PDU related industry; 2.Electrical or mechanical engineering education background; 1）Working experiences on data center rack-PDU or related (including hands on knowledge at site); 2）Clear thinker and good communication skills; 3)Team player and strong customer orientation; 4)Language requirement: English as a working language, mandarin is a plus; 5)Be capable of using the following tools 6)AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design software; 7)Electrical on-line drawing and electronic circuit drawing; 8)Multi-purpose meter, clamp meter, oscilloscope, and other common instruments and meters; 3.Professional quality:oHonest and trustworthy;oPassionate about work;oProblem-solving skills;oInnovation capability; 4.Hands-on practical capability; 5.Excellent communication and coordination across functional groups; 6.Capable of working under pressure with minimum supervision;oInternational travel.
