UK Country E-commerce Manager Needed in ShanghaiRole DescriptionThe EBD UK Country Manager is responsible for executing EBD market entry strategy in UK. He or she will execute internet marketing annual and monthly budget and sales forecasts and maintaining a marketing calendar. The UK Country Manager will own and manage all liaison with Paid search agencies and PR agencies in UK. It will coordinate with IT and E-commerce team aspects of customer experience. The Country Manager will also translate creative, banners, emails and marketing material to British. This role will report directly to the Head of Ecommerce and work closely with Customer Service, Merchandising and Finance teams. Role Requirements• Fluent English speaking, with one year or more e-marketing related working experience• Comprehensive understanding of internet marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth• Understanding of search engines, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in Google, experience managing paid search marketing• Understanding of customer experience, branding and differentiation in the context of e-commerce • Experience with web analytics tools and an ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities• Ability to work independently and articulate ideas over email and phone• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
