Main Responsibilities: Oral English teachers: Teach 18 class hours a week (30 students per class) Academic teachers: Teach 12 class hours a week (60 students per class) [Any additional hours are optional and compensated as overtime: 85-160 per hour] Host 2 hours of office hours with students a week Misc. Responsibilities: Attend monthly faculty meetings and weekly Team meetings Proctor 2 times for other teachers Attend 6 different events throughout the year (example: graduation) Compensation: 7,500-12,000 monthly rate based on degree (Bonuses paid to returning teachers) 6 weeks paid winter holiday summer pay with multi year contracts Benefits: FLIGHTS: Entire cost of flight to your home country covered! Full round trip flight if you sign a contract for next year. Flights can be saved up to 3 years to use for dependents. INSURANCE: Multiple insurances plans provided for teachers. Sick and Personal(5), Maternity (90), Paternity(3), Bereavement(7), Marriage (3) MASTERS DEGREE: Sias will pay entire tuition for some partner schools programs- available for teachers who return after 1 year. (Partner schools include Fort Hays University and University of Arizona)
