工作职责
一、Core Job Objective Focus on UPS supporting battery products, lead the design and value communication of pre-sales technical solutions in overseas markets, provide in-depth services to UPS OEM customers, Hyperscalers, and Colocation clients. Drive customer bid success through professional technical support, and strengthen the company's technical influence and market competitiveness in the UPS supporting battery sector. 二、Key Responsibilities 1、Customer Engagement & In-depth Requirement Mining Act as the core technical liaison to interface with UPS OEM customers, Hyperscalers, and Colocation clients. Accurately identify explicit and implicit customer needs for UPS supporting batteries (e.g., performance indicators, reliability, compatibility, cost control) through technical exchanges and requirement interviews. Analyze core customer pain points based on application scenarios (e.g., data centers, large computer rooms) and deliver targeted value propositions of battery products in terms of runtime guarantee, safety & stability, and energy efficiency optimization. 2、Solution Design & Technical Support Lead the end-to-end design of pre-sales solutions for UPS supporting batteries, including battery selection, compatibility verification, bill of materials compilation, technical parameter matching, and cost estimation. Ensure high compatibility between solutions and UPS systems to meet personalized customer needs. Provide comprehensive technical support to UPS OEM customers, assisting in the design of integrated solutions with battery support and the preparation of technical documents (e.g., product manuals, compatibility reports) to facilitate customer bidding and win contracts. Develop customized technical presentation solutions for Hyperscalers and Colocation clients. Deliver product value propositions through technical seminars, on-site demonstrations, and other forms to drive customer recognition and cooperation intentions. 3、Technical Collaboration & Risk Management Collaborate closely with sales teams in overseas customer visits, technical exchanges, and other activities. Provide professional technical support and assist in defining technical clauses during commercial negotiations. Liaise with R&D and production teams to feedback customer needs and market technical trends, promoting product compatibility optimization and technical upgrades. Organize internal technical reviews to mitigate technical and cost risks of solutions. 4、Technical Accumulation & Market Empowerment Track industry technical trends, competitor information, and relevant standards in overseas markets for UPS supporting batteries. Accumulate technical knowledge bases, solution templates, and successful cases. Provide product technical training to sales teams and overseas partners to enhance their ability to communicate product value and deliver high-quality customer service.
职位要求
1、Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, Electrochemistry, or related fields. 2、Work Experience Minimum 5 years of pre-sales solution experience in UPS supporting batteries or energy storage batteries. Preference given to candidates familiar with the adaptation principles between UPS systems and batteries. Experience in pre-sales services for overseas markets. Preference given to candidates with experience serving UPS OEM customers or engaging with Hyperscalers/Colocation clients. Led the design of pre-sales solutions for 3+ large-scale UPS supporting battery projects. Preference given to candidates familiar with key industry application scenarios such as data centers and finance. 3、Professional Skills Profound expertise in the working principles, performance parameters, selection standards, and reliability design of batteries (lead-acid/lithium-ion). Master the basic working principles of UPS systems and their supporting requirements. Solid foundation in electrical engineering and understanding of industry specifications. Familiar with data center power supply and distribution architecture. Proficient in using AutoCAD, Office, and other tools for solution design and technical document preparation. Excellent technical presentation and solution demonstration skills, capable of accurately communicating product value to different types of customers. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as a working language to meet overseas market communication needs. 4、Competencies Excellent communication, logical thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Strong customer orientation and sense of responsibility. Good team spirit, rapid learning ability, and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel for work. High pressure resistance and strong execution capability, able to efficiently respond to technical needs of overseas customers.
