His/her main missions will be: - To actually do experiments - To upgrade our cultivation process from flasks to bioreactor - To work on cultivation improvements in order to comply with international cGMP and Jinwei’s Quality Assurance system - To select appropriate equipment and provide input in lab design - To set-up and validate the process - To deliver SOPs and any documentation required to meet GMP requirements - To transfer the process to the GMP manufacturing unit

We expect him/her to have: - >3 years in biomedical-related industry - Expertise in bacterial fermentation - Experience in process development - Awareness of GMP regulations, gene and cell therapy, injectable product regulations - Good English communication skills, Chinese would be a best
