Minimum bachelor degree majoring in engineering/business administration etc.Proven experience in marketing/sales/production management of at least 10 years in automobile industry; Proven people management experience of at least 5 years at or above middle management level;Goal-driven and system-oriented;Demonstrated success in negotiating and administering agreements with customers and suppliers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;Strong influencing skills.Foreigner familiar with Chinese rule is prefer Strong understanding of quality management and TS16949 principles.
