工作职责
1.Responsible for promoting and selling the company's educational information technology equipment products (such as smart classroom systems, classroom audio amplification systems, IoT systems, educational management software, etc.) in the Vietnamese market, achieving assigned sales targets. 2.Gain in-depth understanding of the Vietnamese education industry market dynamics, policies and regulations, customer needs, and competitor situations; regularly submit market analysis reports to provide basis for the company's strategic decisions. 3.Develop and maintain local Vietnamese customer resources such as educational institutions, AV system integrators, and other potential education partners; establish long-term, stable cooperative relationships and explore potential customers. 4.Independently complete business negotiations, contract signing, order follow-up, and after-sales service coordination to ensure customer satisfaction. 5.Collaborate with the headquarters team, provide timely feedback on market needs, and promote product localization adaptation and optimization. 6.Organize and participate in local marketing activities in Vietnam such as product promotion seminars to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence in the Vietnamese market.
职位要求
1.Nationality & Language: Vietnamese nationality, native Vietnamese speaker with excellent Vietnamese communication skills; fluent Chinese required for smooth communication with headquarters; basic English proficiency is a plus for basic communication. 2.Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; majors in Marketing, Computer Science, Educational Technology, Information Technology, or related fields are preferred. 3.Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Preference given to candidates with sales experience in educational IT, smart hardware, software products, or the education industry; familiarity with the Vietnamese education market or government education procurement procedures is a plus. 4.Skills Required: Outstanding market development, business negotiation, and customer relationship management skills; ability to independently analyze market issues and propose solutions; proficient in using office software; able to travel nationwide within Vietnam. 5.Personal Attributes: Passionate about sales, strong goal-oriented mindset, good resilience and team spirit; aligned with company culture, enthusiastic about the educational IT industry, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
