Key Job Responsibilities:
• Posting of recruitment advertisements in FB related Groups
• Drive the recruitment process to attract and retain top host talent to join live streaming
• Execute and oversee performance management processes
• Generate daily and weekly report

Requirements:
Nationality is Philippines
• Fluent in English speaking
• Rich experience in recruiting, livestream or radio industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
