工作职责
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support and daily assistance to expatriate executives or teams, including scheduling, preparing for meetings, organizing documents, etc., to ensure the smooth running of work. - Language Communication: Act as interpreter and bridge to assist foreign executives in communicating in English with internal staff, external partners, or other relevant parties to ensure that information is accurately conveyed. - Document Processing: Responsible for processing documents related to expatriate executives, including writing, editing, translating and proofreading English emails, reports, contracts and other documents to ensure document quality and accuracy. - Itinerary Arrangement: Assist expatriate executives in arranging domestic and international business trips, business trips and daily activities, including booking air tickets, hotels, transportation, etc., to ensure smooth and comfortable trips. - Cultural Coordination: Understand and respect different cultural backgrounds, assist expatriate executives in adapting to the company's culture and working environment, and promote cross-cultural communication and cooperation. - Reception and public relations: Responsible for receiving visitors and guests of foreign executives, providing courteous and professional reception services, and maintaining the image and reputation of the company. - Confidentiality: For sensitive information and confidential documents involving foreign executives, it is necessary to strictly abide by the confidentiality regulations to ensure information security. - Other administrative affairs: Handle other administrative affairs related to foreign executives as needed, such as arranging visa, residence permit and other procedures.
职位要求
Job Requirements: - Experience Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, nationality of native English or English official language country, more than 2 years of study or work experience in China. - Knowledge Requirements: Knowledge of Chinese and English translation (interpretation and translation), office automation, basic shorthand, basic Chinese and foreign culture and etiquette. - Skill requirements: foreign affairs reception skills, conference organization skills, common computer operation skills, file and data management skills. - Quality requirements: integrity, honesty and trustworthiness, interpersonal understanding and communication, organizational and coordination skills, learning ability, meticulousness and patience, and awareness of confidentiality.
