工作职责
Market Expansion and Channel Management Responsible for the development and maintenance of wholesale channels in the Asia-Pacific region (including boutiques, high-end department stores, sports goods retailers, online wholesale platforms, etc.), and developing high-quality distributors. Formulate wholesale policies (price systems, rebate rules, supply terms, etc.), coordinate resource alignment between headquarters and distributors, and ensure the implementation of channel policies. Regularly analyze market competitors’ dynamics, consumer demands, and channel trends, and provide channel optimization suggestions (such as screening key cooperative clients, channel resource allocation strategies). Achievement of Sales Targets Break down annual/quarterly wholesale sales targets, formulate monthly/quarterly sales plans, monitor the progress of target completion, and drive performance through channel incentives, promotional activities, etc. Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory turnover, ensuring the timeliness and stability of supply for key SKUs. Follow up on key customer cooperation, conduct regular visits to maintain customer relationships, and resolve issues in cooperation (such as returns, payment term negotiations). Brand Promotion Support Cooperate with the headquarters’ marketing strategies to implement brand promotion activities in the market. Assist distributors in conducting terminal display training to enhance the consistency of brand image. Collect consumer feedback (such as size preferences, design needs) and feed it back to the product R&D department to promote product optimization.
职位要求
English can be used as a working language; proficiency in Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean is preferred. Able to accept long-term assignment in the Asia-Pacific region.
