We are seeking a warm, engaging, and experienced Early Years educator to join our Nursery <br/>team (ages 2–3). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of early childhood <br/>development, a passion for play-based learning, and the ability to create a nurturing, safe, <br/>and joyful learning environment for our youngest learners.<br/>Key Responsibilities<br/>• Create a caring, developmentally appropriate, and stimulating classroom <br/>environment for children aged 2–3.<br/>• Plan and deliver play-based, inquiry-led learning activities aligned with Early Years <br/>education principles.<br/>• Support children’s daily routines including toileting, handwashing, transitions, and <br/>emotional regulation.<br/>• Observe, document, and assess children’s developmental progress and learning <br/>milestones.<br/>• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents regarding children’s daily <br/>experiences and development.<br/>• Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues to maintain a well-organized <br/>classroom and consistent expectations.<br/>• Ensure all practices comply with school policies, especially in safeguarding, health & <br/>safety, and child protection.<br/>• Participate in professional development, team meetings, and school events as <br/>required.<br/>• No morning or afternoon duty required.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related <br/>field.<br/>• Recognized Early Years teaching qualification preferred (e.g., Early Childhood <br/>Certificate, Montessori, EYFS experience).<br/>• At least 2 years of teaching experience with children aged 2–3.<br/>• Native-level or fluent English proficiency.<br/>• Strong classroom management, patience, and understanding of child development.<br/>• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and bilingual school environment.
